Is Parkour for me?
Parkour is for everyone--all ages and abilities. We have had students as young as 3 and as old as 73, elite athletes as well as people who are working to simply improve their balance.
Is it dangerous?
We design our classes to progress you safely through the movements you are working on. Students are encouraged to learn how to assess risk, say no, and engage at the level they are comfortable with.
What should I bring to class?
Come dressed in comfortable clothes and sneakers. Don't forget to bring water!
What should I expect?
Each class is designed to be for all levels. We kick it off with a full body warm up, learn techniques, run obstacle courses, play games, and bring it back together and close out class with stretching.
The weather is bad/it is raining outside, is class still on?
Yes! We are out and class is on, (t)rain or shine!
