Classes marked "level 2" or "level 3" require a test to join and are not available to first time students.
Kids Classes: Age Ranges and Special Restrictions
Kids must attend at least one class before coming to open gym. Kids open gym is available to ages 6-13. Kids ages 6-8 must have an accompanying adult on the floor with them.

Classes are good for 4 months from the date of purchase, after which they expire and can no longer be used.
Our program is focused on technique instruction, and we aim to teach students how to train. A typical class includes warm up and joint preparation, basic skill practice, new technique instruction, application in an obstacle course or game, and cool-down/mobility training.
Our curriculum rotates week to week and day to day, and is designed to handle new students dropping into any Level 1 class. Our coaches are trained to scale challenge for students with no athletic background up to students who have been in the program for a long time.
Students should wear clothing they can move in and bring clean athletic shoes. We have a water fountain, cubbies, bathrooms, and a viewing area for parents and siblings with wifi.
All students must be present when class begins. Students who will be more than 10 minutes late must call ahead to be allowed late entry into class.
Note that our regular classes are limited to groups of 4 first-timers so that space can be reserved for regular students. First timer specific classes don't have this restriction.
