Bookkeeper

We’d like to meet you, whether you’ve got experience with parkour or are willing to learn.

Parkour is a movement art that uses obstacles to navigate space creatively and/or efficiently. We apply skills such as running, jumping, climbing, and crawling to go under, over, and through obstacles. Parkour teaches you to play and create challenges anywhere, in both built and natural environments. It is a life-long practice with a supportive community that spans all generations and abilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the accountant to ensure bookkeeping is maintained correctly and promptly.

  • Meet with ED every week to go over bookkeeping, income, and expenses

  • Meet with the Accountant as needed

Our CPA will provide bookkeeping training and mentorship. They have 10+ years of non-profit accounting experience.

  • Opportunity to assist adult classes and improve your parkour and coaching

Experience:

  • Three to Four years of reporting to a financial controller or accountant

  • Two Full Cycles of organizational accounting experience with QuickBooks

  • 990 Experience

  • Two years working at a 501c3 (Optional)

  • Grant Experience (Optional).

Compensation: $20.00–25.00/hr* depending on experience

Weekly hours: 5-10

This part-time position starts at 5-10 hours per week and pays $20/hr - $25/hr (based on training and experience). Depending on performance and capacity, the position can grow to 15-20 hours per week.
