Join our outdoor parkour classes in Seattle! This is not another sports or exercise class—parkour is an inclusive community and movement lifestyle. Learn to explore and play in your surroundings, navigating challenges and obstacle courses for your body and mind. You’ll gain fitness, confidence, and creativity with a community of like-minded folks. Learn more.
Our season is 14 weeks long, with two 7-week sessions. Fall 1 runs September 9–October 22. Fall 2 runs October 29-December 22. Reminder: Scholarships are available, and work trade is available for volunteers.

Pricing
7-week series: $175 (one-hour class)
2nd+ class series: $148.75 (15% off)
Drop-in: $30 (one-hour class). Please note, drop-ins are limited.

Intro to Parkour
Best place to start for students ages 16 and up to learn basic parkour movements like vaulting, jumping, and crawling. You’ll learn to see your everyday outdoor environment as a play space. Parkour looks different for every body type. We will work with you to find your own expression of moving over and under obstacles. This class is a beginner-level and is the perfect place for those just beginning their parkour journey.

Parkour Fundamentals
Through movements like vaulting, jumping, and crawling, you’ll learn to see your everyday outdoor environment as a play space. Parkour looks different for every body type. We will work with you to find your own expression of moving over and under obstacles. This class is mixed-level and includes both seasoned practitioners and those just beginning their parkour journey.
Must be able to squat up and down and be able to get up and down from the ground easily.

Intermediate Parkour
For students who are ready for more advanced challenges, Intermediate Parkour is the next step. Students will learn new vaults, cat backs, dynos and climb-ups, rail precisions, and more. In this class, we will work on our strength and conditioning to safely attempt more powerful movements. Intermediate students will also level up their ability to create their own lines, spot challenges, and safely assess risk.
This class requires a minimum 6 months of parkour experience, but 9-12 months of experience is preferred.

Parkour Fit
Parkour Fit is one path of progression we provide for folks interested in starting and developing their parkour journey. This class focuses on developing the strength and coordination necessary to practice parkour safely. Techniques will be broken down into their fundamentals, and made progressively more challenging as students improve. Class structure will be a mix of stability and coordination, skills practice, and bodyweight exercises.
Suitable for most, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey.

FAMILY PARKOUR
In this intergenerational class, parents will work with their children to develop parkour skills taught by the instructor. Parkour classes are high-energy, interactive experiences. Students learn to move creatively and efficiently in a collaborative social environment. Every session includes a warm-up and cool-down, falling safety (ukemi), skill practice, movement games, and obstacle courses.
This class requires parent or guardian participation and youth of age 4-9.

Speed & Obstacle Coursing
Learn to navigate obstacles safely when adding speed. Students will practice parkour skills with an emphasis on speed, agility, and falling safety while minimizing impact on the body. Each session will include an obstacle course or speed game to test your skills. Suitable for both competitive and non-competitive students, this class can prepare students for speed competitions such as WCPKC.
This class requires 6+ months of parkour experience.
