After School for Kids & Teens

Helping build confidence, overcome barriers, and find joy in movement!

Kids love parkour. It's high energy, playful, and creative. Kids learn to use natural human movements like jumping, crawling, and climbing to move creatively and play in the spaces around them. This gives them a sense of control over themselves and their environment. Watch the video below for a quick overview!

Parkour Skills

Parkour teaches the foundational human movements of jumping, balancing, vaulting, rolling, and quadrupedal movement (crawling). There is no more joyful way to practice such a wide range of skills! Additionally, each class includes warm-up, cool-down, falling safety, and skill applications such as games and obstacle courses.

At PKV, safety is the foundation of skill progression, for risk-averse and overconfident kids alike. While we fall a lot, we do it safely, practicing safe falling techniques at every session. That’s crucial for kids’ emotional development—kids learn they can fail and get back up. All Parkour Visions coaches are highly trained and are certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.

Safety & Risk assessment

Confidence & creativity

Learning to dance with your fears and overcome challenges are central to parkour philosophy. When kids confront physical and mental challenges in a supportive environment, they can come up with extraordinary, creative solutions.

Leap to Lead is our play-based curriculum that teaches movement and leadership through games and challenges. Play takes the pressure off to achieve so kids can immerse themselves in the experience, learn teamwork, and collaborate on problem-solving.

Collaborative play

Accessible Movement for All

Movement and play are human rights. Everyone should have lifelong support for their movement practice, especially those who find it most difficult to access.

That’s why we offer sliding scale pricing, payment plans, and scholarship programs for families in need.

Kids Programs (Ages 4-12)

Our high-energy, interactive classes will have your kids jumping, climbing, swinging, rolling, and crawling around your local park! Through fun games, safe quality instruction, and supervised free play, we teach how to overcome fear, set goals, collaborate, and creatively problem-solve. Whether your student is a first-timer or a dedicated practitioner, these classes are perfect for improving movement and making friends.

Classes include a group warm-up, falling safety instruction, skill technique practice, movement games, and obstacle coursing.

Teen Movement Programs (Ages 13-17)

Our parkour classes give teens space to push their limits, test their creativity, and build real strength, both physically and mentally. Parkour helps teens develop confidence, independence, and a supportive community.

Each class includes ukemi (falling safety) and skill applications like games and obstacle courses. Students of all levels will begin classes together and then branch off into distinct groups for skill practice based on their individual capabilities and experience.

From Team Parkour, Teen Leadership Program (TLP), Coach Development and Leap-to-Lead (L2L) Parkour Visions can help develop young professionals. “The coach was an AMAZING teacher!

She was so patient, and she let the kids lead things at their pace while still encouraging them to do even better. The difference literally ONE WEEK made on my son was amazing. He's more confident and he now 'parkour walks' just about everywhere. Every sidewalk crack is a tightrope, every tree is a jungle gym, yeah, it's fantastic. Thank you so much!”
