Kids Classes

Join us for kids class this summer at Crossfit RE Sodo, RenFitness (Ballard) and Crossfit Loft (West Seattle). We keep our class sizes small to give high quality instruction & personalized attention to each student. Enroll by viewing the schedule and adding your classes.

Kids Classes Ages 9 - 13

Young Kids Classes Ages 6 - 8

Parkour classes: focus on obstacle coursing with skills like running, jumping, and climbing

Freerunning classes: focus on acrobatics with skills like cartwheels, rolls, and front flips
