Our parkour youth programs are an amazing outlet for children. Parkour teaches crucial physical, social, and emotional skills. By navigating obstacles, kids and teens learn the confidence and bravery to approach all of life’s challenges.
Seattle Locations
The University of Washington is still our OG Seattle location, but don’t miss out on our two indoor locations at Garfield Community Center and Tukwila Community Center.
Satellite programs will continue at Hiawatha Playfield in West Seattle, Paramount Park in Shoreline, atop Beacon Hill at Jefferson Park, and in the old growth forest of Lincoln Park!

This program develops confidence and parkour skills, covering jumping, vaulting, climbing, balance, and quadrupedal movement. Each class includes ukemi (falling safety) and skill applications like games and obstacle courses. Students of all levels will begin classes together and then branch off into distinct groups for skill practice based on their individual capabilities and experience. This allows students to bond with friends across their age group during games and group activities and still allows students to develop skills based on their personal capacity and physical competency.
-
Our Parkour Team offers a fantastic opportunity for self-motivated young athletes in a structured long-format class (90-120 minutes). In this program, your child will deepen their understanding of foundational skills and learn exciting new techniques like vaults, climb-ups, and cat backs. They’ll build strength and agility, allowing them to safely access faster and more powerful movements. As participants in the Youth Team, they’ll also gain valuable skills in creating their own lines, spotting challenges, and assessing risks safely. It’s a wonderful way for them to unleash their potential while having fun!

Not every kid is into technical drills—and that’s totally okay. Parkour Games is a movement-rich class packed with team-based challenges, creative courses, and obstacle play. We build strength, confidence, and coordination through laughter and games. This is the perfect entry point for kids who just want to move and have fun.
-
This immersive class is all about style, linking skills, and finding your rhythm. Students practice movement sequences, vault chains, and transitions that emphasize fluidity and intention. We also explore visualization, improvisation, and flow state training—tools that help students move with grace, awareness, and confidence in any environment.
Early Development Programs

In this Inter-generational class, guardians will work with their youth to develop the skills taught by the instructor. Kids and their Guardians will learn to move creatively and efficiently in a collaborative, non-competitive social environment. Every session includes a warm-up & cool down, falling safety (ukemi), skill practice, movement games, and obstacle courses. This class is for youth of age 4-7 and requires guardian participation.

Young movers learn by playing—and that’s exactly what this class is built around. Lil Movers introduces balance, climbing, jumping, and safe landings in a nurturing, exploratory setting. Every class is full of imagination, supportive coaching, and opportunities for growth. Great for early physical literacy and creative problem-solving.
