What You Need:
-a cup or plate or a shoe!
How To Play
1. Practice first without a prop, then try it with something you won't break if you drop it.
2. Palm up, place a shoe, cup, or plate on your palm without grasping.
3. Bring your palm in a full circle first at waist-height, then over your head, keeping your palm up the whole way (see videos below).
4. If you drop the prop, practice that section again until you can do it without dropping it.
5. Make sure to try it on both sides!
