PKV Executive Director Transition
After a year of service as our Interim Executive Director, Rebecca Brightly is handing off executive duties and advancing to new opportunities. Rebecca joined PKV as a student in 2017, learning from respected long-time coaches in the community like Brian “Ox” Tracey, Matt Dolman, and Ian Schwartz. In 2020, Rebecca was hired as Communications and Development Director and helped us bring in thousands of program participants over the next four years. Rebecca also coached our Womxn’s Parkour Classes and Kids Parkour Team, and organized over a dozen community events including our Balance Marathon.
During their tenure as executive director, Rebecca brought much-needed stability, ease, and focus to Parkour Visions. Though Rebecca will miss working with staff and students, they look forward to seeing everyone at community events in the future!
Rebecca is succeeded by Brady Romberg. Brady’s parkour practice started in 2007 when he was expanding his skills as a stuntman in Los Angeles, CA. His sister, Luci Romberg, joined a local Freerunning team, Team Tempest, and Brady became their business manager. In 2009, Brady went on to compete in the Redbull Art of Motion in Vienna, Austria. After that he hosted a parkour competition show called Jump City: Seattle on G4. Beyond parkour, Brady has appeared in hundreds of Films and TV Shows Stunt Doubling actors including Daniel Craig, Matt Damon, Miles Teller, Boyd Holbrook, Justin Timberlake and many more. In 2017, Brady left LA to raise his kids in the beautiful forests of the Pacific Northwest where he discovered PKV. Brady loves working with kids and is excited help them develop fundamental life skills through the lens of parkour and human movement.
