Niko Pal (he/him)
Operations Director • niko@parkourvisions.org
Niko has been practicing parkour since the fall of 2009. The informal foundation of parkour for him was born in Middle School, where he would often get sweet air jumping the main flight of stairs. By luck in 2010 a friend invited him to a class, and it changed everything. There is only one skill Niko has practiced as long as parkour: piano. He began them around the same time, and they remain the two most important constants in his life. Niko graduated from Portland State University in 2015 with a B.S. in Public Health and Exercise Science.
