Jupiter Ceilidh (he/him)

Head Coach • jupiter@parkourvisions.org

A Portland native, Jupiter began his parkour training 11 years ago at Revolution Parkour. The same month, he broke his femur at a local park. Three months and several copies of Assassin's Creed later, he was back to training. The same year, he was coaching at his local gym, Parkour Infinity. From these humbling beginnings and ever after, Jupiter has seen his life, the world and everything as the parkour philosophers before him intended: “It’s about overcoming obstacles, whether they’re mental or physical.” Whether it was couch-bound gaming sessions, going to college for physics and physiology, filming and moving for parkour art projects, or building, breaking, and rebuilding his body to allow for a life of pain-free movement, he has always found his own way forward. Jupiter believes that everyone can, and he attempts to give others the simple yet universal tools to break down their fears and become the person capable of facing them.

Josh Miller (he/him)

Coach • josh@parkourvisions.org

Josh has been training parkour for 9 years. He started parkour in 2012 with a friend at an open gym at Revolution Parkour. They loved it and continued to practice their skills outside of class together. In addition to coaching parkour, Josh also works with autistic youth to help them build life skills and healthy habits. In his free time, Josh loves playing guitar and drums and spending time with friends and family. Josh is also known to enjoy a steaming mug of chamomile tea before bed every night.

Coach • lydiafuller@parkourvisions.org

Dia enjoys finding new ways to engage their body in movements of all kinds. They play basketball and practice dance, flow (fire/LED spinning), yoga, skateboarding, and roller skating, in addition to their newest hobby, parkour! Dia can ride a giant bike in tandem AND walk on glass, and they once performed in a circus show alongside Portland clowns Olive Rootbeer and Dingo Dizmal. Dia enjoys camping, karaoke, and is on a spiritual journey of self-rediscovery. They coached high school basketball for one year and archery with Trackers Earth for five years.

Eve Eggleston (they/she)

Coach • eve@parkourvisions.org

Movement has been important to Eve for most of their life in the form of classical dance, aikido, rugby, MMA, FCPK, capoeira, and of course, parkour. She has played an active role in the parkour community since 2009 not only through training, but also by participating in the Balance Marathon, a global parkour initiative to raise money for mental health. She has pushed through incredible obstacles, including a shoulder injury, to continue her movement journey.

Joe Petty (he/they)

Joe Petty (he/they)

Coach • joe@parkourvisions.org

Joe comes to us as a high school senior and will graduate in June. Ten years ago, he started movement training at Echo Theater, doing trapeze and acrobatics. They offered a parkour class one term, and he’s been training parkour ever since. In his free time, he likes to hang out with his friends, dream up projects to design and build, and ride his bike.

Ellie Toop (she/her)

Ellie Toop (she/her)

Coach • ellie@parkourvisions.org

Originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho, Ellie Toop is a contemporary dancer who is passionate about movement and exploration. She started dancing at the age of two and was classically trained in ballet for the majority of those years. She recently transitioned to contemporary dance and other forms of movement to embrace the freedom and artistry that dance offers. She currently dances in the trainee program of a professional company called Open Space in Portland, where she trains, rehearses, and performs in many dance pieces. She has worked with and performed works by many renowned professional dance artists and choreographers in multiple states. With the time that Ellie has outside of dance and work, she loves exploring new foods, spending time with loved ones, and of course being outside.
