Our teen parkour programs provide youth a crucial space for developing themselves. Through teamwork, creative movement, and problem-solving, teens learn the confidence and bravery to approach all of life’s challenges.

Teen Parkour Classes & Camps

Our high-energy, interactive classes will have teens jumping, climbing, swinging, rolling, and crawling around your local park! Our parkour classes guide teens as they learn to set goals, overcome fear, collaborate, and problem-solve. Every class includes a group warm-up, falling safety instruction, skill technique practice, movement games, and obstacle coursing.

Teens 16+ may take our teen/adult classes and participate in our volunteer work trade program.

Coach TRAINING

Teens 16+ are eligible to apply for our 12-week Leap to Lead Parkour Coach Development Program. We run this program twice a year in spring and fall. Students learn coaching through parkour skill development, Socratic discussion, role play, and practical experience. Scholarships are available.

Youth Parkour Team

Established in 2019, the Parkour Visions Youth Team welcomes students 9–18 looking to challenge themselves in new ways. Youth Team meets weekly during the school year. It promotes a rigorous physical and mental routine focused on nurturing well-rounded athletes and community leaders, while still providing a fun, social training experience.

PKV Community Jams

Each season, PKV hosts beginner-friendly community jams. We will spend about an hour warming up, learning fundamentals, and playing games. After that, we'll "jam" for another hour or so (jam means less structured training, playing, and trying challenges).

These events are free and open to ages 16+. All participants must sign the waiver before attending.

Summer Teen Leadership Program

Are you a teen who loves playing outdoors? Are you conscientious, thoughtful, and a good role model for kids? If so, you're invited to apply to our Teen Summer Leadership Program! Teen leaders learn the basics of parkour coaching and are eligible for a weekly stipend for volunteering at half-day summer camps.

More information coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when applications open for 2024.
