About Our ProgramsClassesTeen Leadership ProgramCoach Training

Our teen parkour programs provide youth a crucial space for developing themselves. Through teamwork, creative movement, and problem-solving, teens learn the confidence and bravery to approach all of life’s challenges.

Teen Parkour Classes

Our high-energy, interactive classes will have teens jumping, climbing, swinging, rolling, and crawling around your local park! Our parkour classes guide teens as they learn to set goals, overcome fear, collaborate, and problem-solve. Every class includes a group warm-up, falling safety instruction, skill technique practice, movement games, and obstacle coursing.

Teens 16+ may take our teen/adult classes and participate in our volunteer work trade program.

Teen Leadership Program

Are you a teen who loves playing outdoors? Are you conscientious, thoughtful, and a good role model for kids? If so, you're invited to apply to our Teen Summer Leadership Program! Teen leaders learn the basics of parkour coaching and are eligible for a stipend or school volunteer hours for volunteering at classes or events.

Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when applications open for 2024.

Coach TRAINING

Teens 16+ are eligible to apply for our 12-week Leap to Lead Parkour Coach Development Program. We run this program twice a year in spring and fall. Students learn coaching through parkour skill development, Socratic discussion, role play, and practical experience. Scholarships are available.
